Cancellation Policy.
Cancelled > (more than) 15days of Arrival Date: REFUNDABLE / REBOOKING IS POSSIBLE - Cancelled < (less than) 15days and > (more than) 3days of Arrival Date: NON-REFUNDABLE / REBOOKING IS POSSIBLE
- Cancelled < (less than) 3days of Arrival Date: NON-REFUNDABLE / NO REBOOKING
In the event of natural disasters or government imposed travel restrictions, booking reservations can be refunded or REBOOKED at a later date preferred by the customer for a period of 1 year from the date of initial reservation. Natural Disaster includes earthquake, disease outbreak, storm signal number 3 and above. Personal-related emergency is not considered.
Please take note that refund process will take 7 BUSINESS DAYS after your supposed check-out date.

- Pet (should be trained) must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest and NOT be left unattended.
- Pets are NOT allowed in any food/beverage outlets.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighbourhood.
- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages, personal injuries, or unattended mess resulting from their pet. Penalty amount will be charged to the Guest accordingly.

House Rules.
- Check-in is 2PM, Checkout is 12PM the next day.
- Please notify us at least 15 minutes prior to check out for room inspection.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the Bedrooms. Designated smoking area is only at the Garden/Patio.
- Loud VIDEOKE Session or House Party is allowed only until 10:00PM. Please respect our neighbors.
- Kitchen and Dining Facilities are complimentary and with a policy - “CLEAN AS YOU GO”.
- Please respect the PRIVACY of other GUESTS. We also have two separate area in the property, please use designated amenities for each area.
- Please switch OFF lights, fans, TV, Air-cons and other electrical appliances and make sure all faucets/showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
- Govantes Guesthouse properties is your second home while in VIGAN, kindly treat it like it’s your own home. Intentionally misusing amenities and destroying the property will be charged to GUEST Account.
- Lost Keys – PHP500/set
- Please do not leave your valuables unattended. Management is not liable for items/lost damaged within premises.
- We are located in a safe compound and protected by CCTV around. While it is a habit that doors / windows may remain open, please still be mindful of your belongings inside the house. However, do not worry too much as you are surrounded with good Ilocano neighbors.
